Career Services

The Community College of Aurora's Career Center provides a variety of online and face-to-face resources to assist you with career exploration, career skills development and internship/employment opportunities. With a Guided Pathway approach, the Career Center staff can help you determine your CCA pathway and provide guidance along the way to achieving your personal career goals.

The services provided to assist you on your career path include:
  • Career advising
  • Career and skills assessments
  • Career development workshops
  • Online career resources
  • Online internship and job boards
  • Employer networking opportunities: on campus recruiting, job shadow opportunities, and more
  • Career Fairs and events

The Career Center is located at the Lowry Campus on the second floor of the North Quad building in room 205 (9202 E. Severn Place, Denver, 80230). The resource center is open Monday through Thursday 9:00am until 5:00pm and on Friday by appointment. Individual advising appointments are strongly encouraged and can be scheduled in person at either campus, by phone at 303.340-7231 or by our CCA Career Corner website: www.purplebriefcase.com. Walk-in services are available, however appointments are recommended.
